Participants in the program are requested to attend an online (ZOOM) program briefing and individual interviews.
*If you cannot communicate at all in Japanese, please join the information session in English. If you understand Japanese, please participate in the session conducted in Japanese whenever possible.
*The end time may vary depending on the number of participants.
*The information session will be held via Zoom.
*After the information session, we will conduct individual interviews (approximately 15-20 minutes) to discuss activity conditions and your requests. The total duration will be about one and a half hours.
As part of your application for this program, we request that you participate in an introductory session. This session will include a personal interview.
*If you find it challenging to communicate in Japanese, please choose the English session. If you are fluent in Japanese, we encourage you to join the Japanese session.
* The ending time of a session may vary, finishing earlier or later than expected, depending on the number of participants.
* A session will be conducted via Zoom.
* We will conduct a personal interview following the session. During this individual interview (which is expected to last about 15-20 minutes), we will inquire about your circumstances and needs for the program. Including the introductory session and the individual interview, the total time may be around one and a half hours.
