■Activities:
General office operations and OFP management (participant support, pairing-up, holding orientation sessions, interviews, and other office tasks) and other operational duties

■Language:
・Individuals who can communicate smoothly in English (or other foreign languages) through text and conversation‘ (preference given to those with high proficiency in foreign language skills such as English)
・If your native language is not Japanese, an upper-intermediate level of Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher) is required, as communication among staff will primarily be in Japanese.

■ Working Hours:
・You can choose a convenient time within the activity hours (Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, two days off per week)
- Saturday work available 1 to 2 times a month (optional)
・Individuals who can work around 30 to 80 hours per month (flexible for discussion)
・Part-time and freelance work is also possible
・We warmly welcome those who can work in the medium to long-term

■Work Location:
Fully Remote Work (In-person events may be held in Tokyo)
