Professional Trait Assessment Test
By using a specialized personality assessment that is widely utilized by major global companies, you can objectively evaluate which jobs are suited for you based on your personality traits. The results of the assessment are very helpful for choosing companies, self-analysis, and effectively promoting yourself during applications and interviews. Additionally, this assessment will serve as a valuable reference for your career path considerations after joining a company.
Special Aspects of the Trait Assessment Test
This is a highly reliable competency assessment test developed at a UK university. Competency refers to the behavioral traits commonly observed in high performers, which are then often linked to high achievement. This test, based on a cornerstone of modern psychology called Jung's Big Five theory, has been refined through extensive empirical research. It effectively removes the cultural influences held by people of various ethnic backgrounds, accurately diagnosing individual personality traits and objectively demonstrating the abilities individuals are likely to exhibit. Used in 40 countries and 20 languages, it is widely utilized in the recruitment processes of major global companies.
